Bacolod dad bucks plan to shorten curfew hours

In a follow-up interview, Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran said the Sangguniang Panlungsod will review the proposal submitted to them by Carbon, and they will discuss the matter with Mayor Evelio Leonardia.
